Roxana Andrusca-Dowling

Roxana is a strategic and results-driven senior leader and executive consultant with extensive experience across economic development, research and innovation, executive education, and organisational leadership. She has a strong track record of shaping and delivering high-impact strategies that drive sustainable growth, innovation, strategic partnerships, and organisational visibility across universities, the NHS, local authorities, and the private sector.

She has significant experience leading high-performing teams, developing senior leaders, and shaping organisational cultures that enable performance, collaboration, and long-term impact.

Roxana has held senior leadership roles across leading UK institutions, including the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, the University of Exeter’s Exeter Innovation, and NHS Trusts. She has also worked with businesses and Chambers of Commerce to support growth, develop partnerships, and strengthen strategic engagement.

She holds an MSc in Leadership and Management, is a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI), and has completed the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. As a former Regional Ambassador for the Institute of Directors, she is committed to strategic leadership, innovation, and impact.

Outside of her professional work, Roxana pursues interests that reflect both her creativity and her curiosity. She enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, with a strong appreciation for nature and hiking. Her photography captures these experiences, while her passion for floristry sees the creation of elegant arrangements, inspired by the seasons.
