Roxana has a diverse background that includes research and innovation, economic development, and managing significant strategic business partnerships. Her expertise encompasses strategic management, project management, and event management. She has crafted strategies and business plans to attract new talent, businesses, and investments, while spearheading initiatives that foster economic growth, knowledge exchange, and innovation.
She has collaborated with various organisations on several initiatives, including Hampshire County Council (Economic Development), the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, the University of Southampton, the University of Portsmouth, Oxford Innovation, the Federation of Small Businesses, Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs), and the NHS.
Roxana is a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). She previously served as an Ambassador for the Institute of Directors, focusing on the 'Education and Skills' portfolio, and as a Professional Mentor at the University of Winchester.
